WALK IN INTERVIEWS:

Feb 11th (Thursday) to Feb 13th (Saturday)
Time : 11:00 AM to 4:00PMVenue: A-37, Sector – 60 Noida
* Handling inbound calls
* Document the calls to ensure all information is captured
* Ensure one time call resolution
* Maintain accuracy of information given and documented
* Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process
* Attend briefings, trainings/refresher sessions and meetings as required

Our Facility:
We are currently located at Noida in a 50,000sq.ft campus space area with the required redundancy to accommodate 750 plus seats. Our second facility is coming up in sector 60, Noida and is one of the largest setups available in India and provides 1.2 million sq. feet of space. This would have the latest state-of-the-art infrastructure with a capacity to accommodate 4000 seats.
Desired Profile :
* 6 months to 2 years of experience in any Voice based process
* Excellent Verbal Communication
* Active listening and probing slkills
* Sound understanding of MS office Excellent Communication skills
* Good Analytical Skills
Experience : 0 – 3 Years
Role : Associate/Sr. Associate -(NonTechnical)
Functional Area : ITES/BPO/KPO, Customer Service, Ops.
Education :
UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialization,Graduation Not Required
PG – Any PG Course – Any Specialization,Post Graduation Not Required
