Designation: Recruiting Assistant
Job Description:
* Use external job boards to source candidates for USA HSBC positions.
* Screen the resumes of candidates who have applied for HSBC Positions
* Act as a liaison between Recruiting, other corporate departments and applicants regarding hiring issues.
* Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
* Must thrive in fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment
Skills Required
* Experience on Sourcing and Screening techniques.
* Ability to key, review and retrieve information to/from the online recruiting system.
* Proficient in creating and editing worksheets and formatting reports.
* Working knowledge of common recruiting policies and procedures.
* Prepare/compile/submit documents used in various stages of the recruiting process, including offer letters, new hire paperwork, recruitment packets, relocation, licenses, background checks, and immigration paperwork.
* Conducts follow-up activities for recruiting efforts.
