Responsibilities:
* Perform Manual Testing for assigned projects.
* Develop and execute test plans and cases to validate business requirements.
* Ensure timely project deliveries as per release plan.
* Take & implement initiatives for test process improvements and quality of work.
* Participate in meetings/walkthrough session/group meetings.
* Ensure compliance with organization and project defined standards and processes.
* Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor.
* Review work and deliverables with reporting supervisor.
* Build a relationship with project stakeholders/business partners

HBS Function also has a robust workforce that works on various stages of claims lifecycle with HIPAA regulated standards and matures processes, transaction quality, reporting and analytics, marketing creative (designing brochures, campaigns, etc.), finance and accounting.

Desired Profile:
* Years of Experience: 3 – 4.5 Years.
* Educational Qualifications: B.Tech./MCA/Graduation (Minimum 15 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant).
* Proficient in different kind of Testing – Black box.
* Plans, writes, develops, executes & verifies test cases.
* Good knowledge of testing tools like Test Director/Quality Centre is preferable.
* Good knowledge of Sql query creation, execution and result verification.
* Understands different test methodologies, SDLC.
* Ability to drive meetings/walkthrough session/group meetings.
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Ability to Work collaboratively in global project with a positive team spirit and ensure team work & coordination.
